Streamlining Validation of Human-Relevant Methods- a Big Data Solution

Configuration features-

• User-friendly interface for integration of a wide variety of end user/enterprise existing data formats.
• User  level (or enterprise level) security and sharing settings; all data  will be viewable to authenticated users based on user-defined settings;  regulatory agency will have full view of all data on platform.
• Authenticated individual researchers, groups, and/or companies will be able to register a profile to utilize the platform.
• Users  will be able to query library, create a new project, open an existing  project and/or compete on a project (based on sharing settings)
• Users  may register/open an endpoint, biomarker, therapeutic candidate, drug  entity, target organ, or disease condition for viewing, uploading, or  extracting data for predictive modeling.
• Platform will produce  data sets, charts, graphs, and other visual representations of data at  all levels of input and analysis for data package, and include social  feature with peer review (if shared).  
• Data package including  both raw and analyzed computational data will be returned to project  origin team for QC and available for peer review (if shared)
• Data will be configured to be compatible with electronic records regulatory components and GLP as applicable.
• All platform data is viewable to regulatory agency who is final arbiter of approvals/validation.
• A  library of validated human-relevant methods will be available for  query.  Both existing validated methods as well as platform-generated  methods will be available in platform library.
